Rapid Tooling

Vacuum Casting (VC) :

We use the machined original prototype master to make an precise RTV (room temperature vulcanization) mold with silicon materials. And then the mold cavity is filled with PU (polyurethane) plastics through vacuum casting facility. By manipulating the vulcanization the vulcanization temperature, every kind of plastic work in different properties can be produced and satisfy the need to have a small quantities in a short time.

The major advantages for such a tooling method is its simplicity, low cost, and short lead time. It brings a lot of benefits from speed, quality and quantity respects.

Rapid Tooling for urethane castings:

  • Accurate reproductions of master patterns .
  • Tooling in days.
  • Life expectancy up to 50 parts .
  • Molds created from RP masters or customer-supplied masters .

Composite Tooling (CT):

Composite Tooling, the latest new technology, evidently becomes a momentous production process for manufacturing a large amount of samples. It not only lowers the cost, but strengthen The products competition in the ever changing marketplace.

Rapid Tooling for plastics injection:

Low volume production quantities up to 1000 parts from production plastics Tooling in one week or less Molds created from RP masters or customer-furnished masters

Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS):

Laser-Sintering Systems generate three-dimensional metallic parts directly from CAD data, fully automatically and without any tools. The model are built up in thin layers by locally sintering metal powder using a computer-controlled laser beam, which scans each cross-section of the geometry in turn.

Rapid Metal Investment Casting:

Rapid metal Casting process is uniquely suited to rapid prototyping and production runs of 500 pieces or fewer in magnesium, aluminum, and zinc.
